Rooms

Mucha Riverside Lodges offers 10 specious self contained rooms with river and mountain views, all with a balcony.
Two of the rooms have an interconnecting door and can be use as a family room. All our rooms, if your preference is single, double or twin room are well equipped with our unique interior design and simple but comfortable furniture.

Booking polices

🕒 Check-out: By 10:00 AM on your departure day.

🔁 Cancellations: No cancellation charges will be incurred for accommodation booked and cancelled one month before check-in date.

🚭 Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.

👥 Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests confirmed at booking.

⚠️ Damages: Guests are liable for any property damage during their stay.

Power/ Electricity

Our Lodge is set up with a hybrid solar and electricity power supply. In case of a power outage or poor weather (no sun), we have a backup generator. In the case of no electricity, there will be a limitation to what gadgets can be used.

Hot water

Hot water is preheated for you and available throughout your stay.

WIFI

Our WIFI is only available in the communal areas, this includes and lounge and outdoor sitting fireplace.

Laundry

We offer a limited laundry service to our guests. Please note that due to the climate in our region, some items may fail to dry and may take a day or more to be returned.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping staff will clean the rooms every day. To preserve water and protect the environment, bed linen and towels are not changed daily. If you would like your towels changed, please leave them in the basket provided.

Mineral Water

Mineral water is complimentary on your first night with us.

Bar

Enjoy a signature cocktail from our riverside asorted bar.

Restaurant

Our Menu has an outdoor and indoor selection with different cuisines both local and from around the world. Enjoy our delicious stone oven pizza topped with fresh ingredients from our organic garden by our riverside fireplace.

Spa/Massage Services

After a long day trekking the mountain gorillas or various activities, unwind with a relaxing massage with a river view.

Please note that our massage services are available full-time. Kindly inform a staff member to book in advance.

Activities

There are a number of activities you can enjoy during your stay at Mucha, including gorilla trekking*, golden monkey trekking*, mountain hiking, the Batwa cultural experience, nature walks, boat rides*, canoe experience, community walks, and coffee tours.
