Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made with Mucha Riverside Lodge and related services offered through our website, direct communication, or authorized booking channels.

By making a reservation with Mucha Riverside Lodge, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

A booking is not considered confirmed until Mucha Riverside Lodge has issued confirmation through email, written message, or another official communication channel.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and prior arrangement with the lodge.

Additional charges may apply depending on room availability, booking conditions, and the requested timing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made before the month of the scheduled booking date will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Cancellations made during the month of the scheduled booking date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method where possible.

Bank charges, transaction fees, or third-party payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Amendments

Booking amendments are subject to availability and approval by Mucha Riverside Lodge.

Changes to booking dates, room type, number of guests, length of stay, or related services may result in additional charges depending on the nature of the changes requested.

Liability

Mucha Riverside Lodge takes reasonable measures to ensure guest safety, comfort, and security during their stay.

However, guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, and other personal items. The lodge shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Guests are also expected to conduct themselves responsibly and follow lodge guidelines, safety instructions, and local regulations.

Force Majeure

Mucha Riverside Lodge shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, service interruptions, or inability to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Civil unrest
Pandemics or health emergencies
Road closures or transport disruptions
Extreme weather conditions
Power, water, or communication service interruptions
Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the lodge’s control

In such cases, Mucha Riverside Lodge may offer alternative arrangements where reasonably possible, subject to availability and the nature of the situation.

By making a reservation with Mucha Riverside Lodge, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
