Security:
Our lodge boarders with the river Mucha that has no fences around that area, but be rest assured our resident tourism police keep a watchful eye.
Valuables:
If you have any valuables that you would like to keep safe for the duration of your stay with us, kindly notify us at reception we would gladly store them in our office safe.
House Keeping:
Our Staff is dedicated to making your experience as enjoyable as possible. Should you require any extra service, do not hesitate to ask anyone of our staff members who will be more than happy to help. Each evening a member of our staff will return to your tent to turndown your bed, place a hot water bottle in the bed (if needed) and prepare the room for the night.
Should you smell or see smoke in your room or anywhere on the premises, please report to a member of staff and head to our fire assembly point. Fire extinguishers are fitted in different areas throughout the lodge; please do not attempt to fight any fire unless you have been properly trained.
Check-Out Time:We would kindly request that you be prepared to leave your room by 10:00am, a porter will pick up your luggage and load it in your vehicle. Late checkout will be granted upon availability.
Laundry Service:Should you wish us to launder any items, please place them in the basket along with a completed request slip. It will be collected in the morning by a staff member and returned in the evening. Please note we do not do dry cleaning.
We maintain a selection of some of the most popular card and board games that can be used in your room or in our lounge. Kindly ask a member of staff to assist you.
Gift Shop:Our gift shop is located in the main building by the reception area that stocks a variety of keepsakes from local artisans, safari and souvenir clothing as well as throws and blankets to make your stay more comfortable.
Private Vehicle Hire:We have private vehicles available for hire with our expert tour guide/driver , for a tour of beautiful kisoro, and various activities within our community.
Most of our food is home grown
Being able to plant, grow and cook food from scratch is definately one of the most amazing feelings and we do take pride in doing it. Our guests are served food with all nutrients present.
